Variety: Cabernet Sauvignon / syrah 80/20.

Winemaking: Extraction of the anthocyanins of red grapes fermented for 10 days at 20 ℃.Microxidation and maturation in oak barrels for six months.

Alcohol: 12,9% vol.

Organoleptic characteristics: Red colour - flavour of red fruits and spices - soft with well-structured tannins.

Accompanies grilled meals.

Enjoy at 16 ℃.
