We are delighted to announce that, starting with the 2025 harvest, our Savatiano labels will officially carry the organic certification.
This recognition follows our vegan certification, first obtained in 2024 and renewed in 2025, confirming our steady path towards producing wines that respect nature, the consumer, and our winemaking heritage.
It is worth noting that, due to the particular climatic conditions in Attica, our viticultural practices have for many years followed the principles of organic farming.
Today, this official certification simply seals the commitment that has long defined our winery as well as our partners.
For us, organic cultivation is not just a goal achieved but a philosophy we are determined to extend to all of our labels in the coming years.
In this way, we continue to honour our history, evolve with respect for the environment, and create wines that embody the philosophy of our winery for over 150 years.
