On Thursday, November 14th, 2024, an exceptional wine event took place at Metaxa Restaurant in Vilnius (Pilies g. 5, Vilnius).

Our wines have been available in Lithuania for a year now, and following their very promising reception, we traveled to Vilnius to present them in person. This gave us the opportunity to connect with wine enthusiasts and allow them to meet the faces behind the labels.

During the evening, attendees had the chance to taste 14 distinct labels crafted from Greek grape varieties. Among these, eight showcased Savatiano, the indigenous variety of Attica. A highlight of the event was the debut international presentation of our new sparkling wine, Breathe, which received highly commendable feedback.

The warm and inviting atmosphere made the event truly special, fostering a sense of connection and shared appreciation for fine wine. The team at Metaxa further elevated the experience by curating an impeccable menu, pairing each wine with thoughtfully prepared dishes. Together, they created a memorable food and wine journey that delighted all who attended.
